A-One Truck AutoClass 8 Parts

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC., doing business as A-One Truck Auto ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit aonetruckauto.com, contact our parts desk, or buy parts from us. Our business address is 3290 N.W. 36th Street, Miami, FL 33142.

By using this site you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This policy applies to our website and to information we receive by email. It does not apply to third-party sites, including PayPal, that you may reach through links or buttons.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, based on how you use the site.

Identifiers, such as your name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, company name, and purchase order number, when you place an order, request a quote, or write to us.
Commercial information, such as the parts you place in your cart, orders, quotes, returns, and related correspondence.
Payment-related information, such as the PayPal transaction reference, payer email, and amount. We do not receive or store your card number, because payment is completed on PayPal.
Internet and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of visits, collected through server logs and the browser storage described in our Cookie Policy.
Communications, such as the content of messages and attachments you send, including VINs and photographs of parts.
Inferences are not drawn about you, and we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, or account log-in credentials.

Where the information comes from

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, send an email, or place an order. We collect technical information automatically when your browser requests a page. We receive payment confirmations from PayPal, and we receive delivery and tracking information from shipping carriers.

How we use personal information

We use personal information for these business purposes:

To process and fulfill orders, including confirming fitment, quoting shipping, calculating tax, arranging delivery, and handling returns and refunds.
To communicate with you about your order, your questions, and your requests for quotes or fleet accounts.
To operate, secure, and improve the website, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
To keep records required by tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws, and to respond to legal process.
To send service messages that you ask for. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses browser storage to keep your cart and to remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics or advertising cookies, if we ever use them, load only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information to service providers who help us run the business and who may use it only for our purposes. These include PayPal, which processes payments under its own privacy statement, shipping carriers and freight brokers, web hosting and email providers, and professional advisors such as accountants and attorneys.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of our business.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the past twelve months we have not sold or shared the personal information of any consumer, including consumers under 16 years of age.

How long we keep information

We keep order records, invoices, and related correspondence for as long as needed to fulfill the order and to meet tax, accounting, warranty, and legal obligations. We delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA and CPRA) gives you the following rights, subject to exceptions:

The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
The right to delete personal information we collected from you.
The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise a right, email support@aonetruckauto.com with the subject line Privacy Request and describe what you want. We must verify your identity by matching information you give us with information in our records, and we may ask for more detail. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We respond within 45 days, and we may extend that period once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, and we will tell you why. There is no charge, except where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Opt-out preference signals

Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not need to act on an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control to stop a sale or sharing. Our site does not load optional tracking technologies before you give consent.

Residents of other states

Residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal a decision about a request. Email support@aonetruckauto.com to make a request. If we deny a request, you may reply with the word Appeal and we will review the decision and respond in writing.

California Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 allows California residents to ask once a year which categories of personal information we shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for that purpose.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the information we hold, and we rely on PayPal for payment security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and adults who buy truck parts. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email support@aonetruckauto.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Please check it when you visit.

Sources of personal information

We collect information you provide directly when you use the contact form, send email to support@aonetruckauto.com, check out, request a shipping quote reply, request an RMA, or ask about fleet invoicing. That may include your name, email address, phone number you enter for delivery coordination, company name, purchase order number, shipping address, and the content of your messages, including VIN and part numbers. We also receive payment confirmation data from PayPal such as payment status and transaction references, but we do not receive your full payment card number on our servers. Our servers and logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages requested as part of ordinary hosting security.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use personal information to respond to parts and fitment questions, process and fulfill orders, quote and arrange shipping, handle returns and cores, send transactional messages about your order, detect fraud or abuse, maintain records required for tax and accounting, and improve site reliability. Where a U.S. state privacy law requires a “business purpose” or similar description, these uses are our business purposes. We do not use your information to train public generative models.

PayPal as payment processor

PayPal processes payments. When you choose to pay, you interact with PayPal under PayPal’s terms and privacy statement. PayPal may collect identifiers, device data, and payment credentials directly. We receive limited confirmation needed to mark an order paid and to issue refunds. Review PayPal’s disclosures for details of its processing.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential browser storage keeps your cart and cookie choice. Optional analytics or advertising technologies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for names, purposes, and how to change your choice. PayPal may set cookies when its buttons load on product or checkout pages after you activate payment.

Retention

We keep order, invoice, and tax records for as long as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes, which often means several years under commercial record rules. Support emails and fitment threads are kept long enough to complete the request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Cart contents live in your browser until you clear them or complete an order. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep; we will say if an exception applies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small ecommerce operation, including HTTPS for the site and limiting access to order mailboxes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a unique password on your PayPal account and be cautious with phishing emails that pretend to be us or PayPal.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states, may give you rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, to obtain a copy in a portable format, or to opt out of certain processing. The exact rights and definitions vary by state. This section is a general notice, not a certification of compliance with every state program.

To make a request, email support@aonetruckauto.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and describe the right you want to exercise. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with information we already hold, and we may ask for additional details if needed to prevent fraud. Authorized agents may submit requests where state law allows; we may still need to verify the consumer directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Do not sell or share

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined in California law. If that practices changes, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out before such sharing begins. Optional cookies, if introduced later, will remain off until you accept them.

Categories we may disclose for business purposes

We may disclose identifiers and commercial information to service providers that host the site, transmit email, or process payments (PayPal), solely to perform those services under instructions that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Children

The site is intended for adults purchasing truck parts. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Verification and response timing

We aim to respond to verifiable privacy requests within the time required by the law that applies to you, often 45 days with a possible extension where allowed. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason, such as a legal retention duty or an inability to verify the requester.
