You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you order for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company. Our parts are for heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance.
Effective date: October 8, 2026.
These Terms of Sale govern your use of aonetruckauto.com and every order you place with HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC., doing business as A-One Truck Auto ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, shipping policy, and refund policy, which are part of this agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you order for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company. Our parts are for heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance.
Each listing shows the brand, part number, interchange numbers, and a fitment table. Fitment data is a guide and not a guarantee. You are responsible for confirming that a part suits your truck by comparing the part number on your old part, your VIN, and your engine information with the listing. Photographs are for identification, and the item shipped may show minor packaging or cosmetic differences from the photo.
Brand names, part numbers, and truck make names appear only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, and their names belong to their owners.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and apply to the unit listed. We may correct pricing errors and change prices without notice before an order is accepted. If we find an error after you pay, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Sales tax is applied where required by the law of the destination state. If you are exempt, send a valid exemption certificate before you order. Shipping and handling are quoted separately and are not part of the price shown on a product page.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as a fitment problem, a pricing error, an address we cannot serve, suspected fraud, or limited availability. If we cancel after you paid, we refund the payment.
Payment is made through PayPal. We do not collect or store card numbers, and you should never send card details to us by email. An order is treated as paid when PayPal reports the payment as completed. PayPal's own terms and privacy statement govern your use of PayPal, and chargebacks and disputes are subject to PayPal's rules.
If shipping, tax, or an order change makes the final amount different from the amount first paid, we will email an itemized invoice, and the difference is settled through PayPal before the order ships.
Shipping is by ground parcel or LTL freight and is quoted for your address. We book the carrier after you approve the quote. If you decline the quote, we cancel the order and refund your payment. Delivery dates are estimates only, and we are not liable for carrier delays.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the goods to the carrier. You must inspect freight deliveries on arrival, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and tell us promptly so that a claim can be filed. See the shipping policy for more detail.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled parts in original packaging, subject to the conditions in the refund policy, including special terms for electrical parts, filters, cores, and freight shipments. Return authorization is required.
Parts carry the warranty, if any, offered by the manufacturer. We will help you submit a manufacturer warranty claim, and we pass through the manufacturer's terms. Except for those manufacturer terms, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we sell parts as is and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow this disclaimer, so it may not apply to you.
Many truck parts, including brake, steering, suspension, and electrical parts, are safety related. They must be installed by a qualified technician who follows the manufacturer's instructions and applicable laws. You assume responsibility for installation, use, and inspection after installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the part that is the subject of the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, downtime, towing, or labor costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of a part, your installation of a part, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
The site content, including text, layout, and images we created, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal or internal business use. You may not copy the catalog, use automated tools to scrape it, or interfere with the operation of the site. Product images and manufacturer names may belong to their owners.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your state gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access aonetruckauto.com for browsing the catalog and placing orders. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs service, bypass security controls, upload malware, or use the site to send spam. Product descriptions, photographs, and layout are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy the catalog wholesale for a competing storefront. Framing the site or misrepresenting affiliation with HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC. is prohibited.
Sometimes we send a written quote or invoice by email for fleet or special-order purchases. Unless the quote states a different period, prices on a quote are valid only for the period printed on it and only for the quantities and ship-to address shown. Paying a quote through PayPal accepts these Terms for that purchase. If a quote conflicts with a catalog page, the accepted quote controls for the lines it lists.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, labor disputes, supply shortages, cyber incidents, or government actions. We will notify you when such an event affects an order you have already paid for and discuss cancellation or a revised schedule.
You may not purchase parts if you are prohibited from doing business under U.S. sanctions or export rules. You are responsible for compliance if you later export goods that we delivered inside the United States. We ship to U.S. addresses only at this time.
You agree that emails, order status pages, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Keep your email address current on PayPal and in messages you send us so that notices about shipping quotes, RMAs, and privacy responses reach you.
You agree that our server logs, PayPal transaction records, shipping quotes you approve by email, and RMA correspondence are reliable evidence of the terms of a particular order. If you keep your own purchase orders, make sure the SKU and quantity on the purchase order match the accepted PayPal payment and any written quote. Conflicts should be raised promptly at support@aonetruckauto.com before the carrier is booked.
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Questions go to support@aonetruckauto.com, or by mail to HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC., 3290 N.W. 36th Street, Miami, FL 33142.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you order on behalf of a company, fleet, or shop, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Parts sold on this site are intended for heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance by persons who understand safe installation practices. You are responsible for selecting parts that match your vehicle and for proper installation by a qualified technician.
An order submitted on the site is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order if a part is unavailable, a price or description error is discovered, payment fails, fitment cannot be confirmed when confirmation is required, or we suspect fraud or misuse. We will email you if we cancel. If we already received payment through PayPal for a cancelled order, we refund that payment. You may request cancellation by email before the order is released to a carrier; after release, the refund policy controls.
We work to show accurate prices in U.S. dollars. If a listing shows an obvious error — for example a price that is missing digits or is inconsistent with the same part elsewhere on the site — we may cancel the order or contact you with the correct price for your approval. We are not required to honor a price that was displayed in clear error.
Payment is processed by PayPal. You complete payment on PayPal’s pages or buttons. We do not collect payment card details on aonetruckauto.com. An order is treated as paid only when PayPal reports the payment status as completed. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under PayPal’s rules and applicable law; please contact us first at support@aonetruckauto.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
We collect sales tax where required by the destination state. Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid exemption certificate before the order ships. Failure to provide a certificate in time may result in tax being charged; later refund requests are reviewed under applicable tax rules and are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. You should insure high-value shipments if you need coverage above the carrier’s standard liability. Inspect shipments promptly as described in the shipping policy.
Shipping methods, quotes, approvals, LTL services, and inspection duties are described in the shipping policy, which is part of these Terms. You agree to provide accurate ship-to information and to be available for freight appointments when required.
You agree to inspect deliveries and to note visible damage or shortages on carrier documents when the service type allows. Prompt notice with photos helps preserve claims. Claims for carrier damage are pursued with the carrier; we assist with documentation when you notify us promptly.
Returns, RMAs, restocking situations, electrical and filter rules, and refund timing are governed by the refund policy, which is part of these Terms. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your expense.
Where a core charge applies, you agree to the core return terms shown on the product page and in the refund policy. Core refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of a qualifying core.
Parts may carry a warranty from the manufacturer. Any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not as a separate warranty from HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC. We do not expand, shorten, or guarantee manufacturer coverage. Where we assist with a claim, the manufacturer decides the outcome. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT THAT NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, TOWING, LOST LOADS, OR SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR FROM PARTS PURCHASED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PARTS AT ISSUE IN THAT ORDER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEAVY TRUCK PARTS, INC. and its officers, directors, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of parts, improper installation, inaccurate order information, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our failure to ship the part described on the accepted invoice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have in your state of residence, you agree that courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, are a proper venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
Before filing a formal claim, email a written notice describing the dispute to support@aonetruckauto.com with “Legal notice” in the subject line, and include your order number and contact information. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the issue. This notice step does not extend any statute of limitations except as required by law.
If a court finds any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, shipping policy, and refund policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and orders, and they supersede prior conflicting statements about the same subject, except for a written fleet or quote agreement signed or expressly accepted by us for a specific purchase.
